Position Objective
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) or Remote

We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and analytical individual eager to act as a portfolio manager across agency and brand-direct clients. As a Senior Account Manager, you’re responsible for managing key client relationships, presenting campaign insights and recommendations to clients, and partnering with the Sales and Performance teams to identify strategies to grow your accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of portfolio of accounts across both agency and brand-direct clients
- Pilot onboarding of new clients by acting as the lead and liaison between client, sales, and performance team during the campaign build process and campaign updates
- Partner with the performance team to identify areas of opportunity for existing campaigns through performance analyses with DSP and website data
- Lead external client calls in which the focus is highlighting performance and campaign evolution opportunities
- Work with the Head of Accounts to define, execute, and measure success on the plan around upselling opportunities for existing clients across inventory, data, and measurement opportunities

- Growth in retention rate and revenue
- Renewal of new clients and budget increases
- Upselling attempts and success across client portfolio
- Reduced churn of existing clients
- Sales and performance team feedback
Experience and Skills
- 5+ years experience working with either a digital media publisher, technology company, or agency
- Minimum 3 years in a client-facing role handling a portfolio of accounts
- Demonstrates a clear desire and ability to possess a foundational understanding of programmatic media
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliverables across a portfolio of accounts
- Clear and deliberate internal communicator, able to manage expectations across multiple internal stakeholders
- A foundational understanding of Excel is preferred
- Experience with The Trade Desk and/or Amazon DSP is preferred
